Spa Sales Coordinator
SUMMARY
The Spa Sales Coordinator is responsible for soliciting group and leisure business that enables the Spa/Hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals while providing exceptional levels of guest service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist with all group arrivals and departures, ensure the highest quality of service through accurate, timely booking of treatments, reports and itineraries for all spa group sales.
  • Responsible for communication with all meeting planners regarding billing, reports, and follow up that includes attending all Pre-Con meetings, Sales meetings, Resume Meetings, Site Visits regarding the hospitality desk and creative ideas to bring in spa groups.
  • Responsible for retail ordering for the Spa and Salon, assisting with Spa operations as needed, and making work schedules for the operational team.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury spa or hotel preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
  • Management experience in a spa preferred.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
  • Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software products
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
The pay scale* for Spa Sales Coordinator is $21.00
